I. General Provisions

  1. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

II. Categories of personal data

  1. Controller is processing personal data that you provided, or personal data received on the basis of processing of your order.

  2. Controller is processing your identification details and contact details, neccessary for the performance of a contract.

III. Purposes and legal basis for personal data processing

  1. Legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

  • performance of a contract, according to Art. 6 (1b) of GDPR,

  • legitimate interests pursued by the controller, for the purpose of direct marketing (especially sending business messages and newsletter) according to Art. 6 (1f) of GDPR,

  • Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending business messages and newsletters) according to Art. 6 (1a) GDPR.

  1. The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • executing your order and exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Collector; when ordering, the personal information required to successfully complete the order is required (name and address, contact information), the providing of personal data is a necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfill it by the Collector,

  • sending business messages and other marketing activities.

  1. Collector does not make any automated individual decision-making, within the meaning of Art. 22 of GDPR.

IV. Retention and deletion

  1. Collector will hold your personal data:

  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising out of the contractual relationship between you and the Collector and the enforcement of the claims under these contractual relationships (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

  • until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, for a maximum of 2 years if personal data are processed under consent.
  1. At the end of the retention period, the administrator will erase personal information.

V. Recipients of personal data

  1. The recipients of personal data are persons

  • involved in the delivery of services / realization of payments on the basis of a contract,

  • providing Premium Templates and other services related to the operation of an e-shop,

  • providing marketing services.

  1. The Collector do not intend to transfer your personal information outside of Europe.

VI. Information about rights

  1. The GDPR provides the following rights for individuals:

  • Right of access by the data subject according to Art. 15 of GDPR,

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16), eventually right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).

  • Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) according to Art. 17 GDPR.

  • Right to object to processing according to Art. 21 GDPR 

  • Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR.

  • right to revoke processing, in writing or electronically to email of Collector.

VII. Security of personal information

  1. The Collector declares, that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

  2. The Collector has taken technical measures to secure data warehouses and personal data repositrores in paper form, in particular regular system updates, encryption of communication (using HTTPS protocol), password encryption.

  3. The Collector declares that personal data can be accessed only by authorized persons.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. By sending an order using our order form, you acknowledge that you are aware of this Privacy Policy and that you accept it in its entirety.

  2. You agree with this terms by ticking your consent via the online form. By confirming your consent, you acknowledge that you are aware of the Privacy Policy and that you accept it in its entirety. 

  3. The Collector is entitled to change these terms. The new version of the Privacy Policy will be published on our website and we will send you new version of these terms and conditions to you email address, that you have provided to the Collector.

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 25.5.2018.
